Many still remember the delicious cupcakes sprinkled with powdered sugar that were sold in every store in Soviet times.

Sweet, slightly moist inside baked goods were very popular. Today, such a cupcake can be prepared independently in a slow cooker.

Kefir muffin in a slow cooker - basic principles of cooking

All cupcakes are prepared according to one technology: knead a homogeneous dough, sour cream consistency. Then it is poured into a mold and baked.

The dough is prepared on the basis of kefir. Margarine or butter is added to it, which allows the baking to remain fresh for a long time. In addition to kefir and butter, eggs, flour, baking powder and sugar are used to make dough. To make the cake airy, beat the dough with a whisk or mixer. This allows you to saturate it with oxygen.

Kefir cupcake is not so fatty and high-calorie, as for example on sour cream.

Pieces of chocolate, cocoa, dried fruit, candied fruit or jam can be added to the dough.

For many housewives, a cupcake in the oven does not always work, but in a slow cooker, baking will never disappoint you.

Ready cake can be decorated with powdered sugar, fruit or chocolate icing.
