Pasta casserole in a slow cooker - general principles of preparation

Baked pasta is usually used in casseroles. It is not necessary to cook them specially. If there are leftovers from the side dish, then boldly put it into a new dish.

Pasta casserole in a slow cooker with cheese

A simple recipe for pasta and cheese casseroles that can be easily prepared for dinner. You will need the most basic products that can be found in any kitchen. Pasta is boiled in any way, it is possible in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

• 500 g of already boiled products;

• 120 g of cheese;

• a spoonful of butter;

• two eggs;

• Sour cream 2-3 full spoons.

Cooking

1. Eggs are shaken with sour cream, pour into pasta.

2. Using a piece of oil, we rub a cup from the multicooker from the inside, the rest is also laid in the total mass.

3. Season the mixture with spices, throw grated cheese into it, but not all. A third put aside.

4. Stir the resulting mass, transfer to a slow cooker.

5. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the cheese.

6. Turn on the Baking program and bring the dish to readiness. It will take about half an hour. But we focus on our dish.

Pasta casserole in a slow cooker with minced meat

A variant of meat casserole, which can be prepared from any pasta. It is advisable to use small items in this dish.

Ingredients

• 300 g of pasta;

• minced meat 300-400 g;

• 400 ml of water;

• butter;

• two tomatoes;

• onion head.

For lazy Bechamel sauce:

• 250 ml of milk;

• 100 g of cheese;

• 30 g plums. oils;

• one spoonful of flour;

• spices.

Cooking

1. Immediately you need to cook a lazy version of the famous sauce. You can do this in an ordinary frying pan, so as not to stain a miracle pan. Fry a spoonful of flour in melted butter until golden brown, pour in small portions of milk, add different spices. At the end, put the grated cheese and stir.

Pasta casserole in a slow cooker with mushrooms

A variant of a very fragrant pasta and mushroom casserole in a slow cooker. Pickled mushrooms are used, but you can also take fried mushrooms.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of boiled pasta;

• 1 egg;

• 0.12 kg of cheese;

• 0.15 kg of mushrooms;

• 1 onion head;

• butter;

• 2 tablespoons of crackers.

Cooking

1. Heat a little oil, fry the onion in it, cut into any pieces. This can be done in a slow cooker or in a pan, there is no difference.

Sweet pasta casserole with cottage cheese in a slow cooker

A variant of a sweet pasta casserole in a slow cooker, which is made with the addition of cottage cheese. We take small products, it turns out well with vermicelli. If desired, raisins and other dried fruits can be added to this dish.

Ingredients

• 250 grams of pasta;

• two eggs;

• 0.3 kg of cottage cheese;

• 0.3 cups of sugar;

• a piece of oil;

• 2 tablespoons sour cream;

• vanilla.

Cooking

1. Rub the cottage cheese along with sugar and eggs until smooth. Or just throw these products into the combine and beat.

2. Boil pasta in water, drain the liquid. It is better to use horns or small shells. With vermicelli, the casserole is too dense.

3. Add the pasta to the curd, season with sour cream and vanilla.

4. At this stage, you can throw a little washed raisins. Other dried fruits, cut into pieces, will do. One handful is enough.

5. We stir everything and send it to the greased container from the multicooker.

6. It remains only to bake on the appropriate program. Time depends on the desired crust. In general, 20 minutes is enough, but you can hold the casserole for longer.

7. Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, decorate with berries, pour jam.

Italian pasta casserole in a slow cooker

The recipe for a very interesting casserole, for which you need olives and tomatoes. Ideally, parmesan is used, but this is not necessary, we take any hard cheese.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of boiled pasta;

• 0.1 kg of cheese;

• 15 olives;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 1 onion head;

• 1 clove of garlic;

• 3 leaves of basil;

• 2 eggs;

• 0.5 tsp Italian herbs;

• 60 grams of oil.

Cooking

1. Cut onion and garlic, toss in a slow cooker, add half the oil and fry for ten minutes. We soften the second part of the oil and put it on the boiled pasta.

2. We cut the castings in half, it is possible finer. Tomato shred slices, but not finely. Spread on pasta.

3. Add the grated cheese and whipped eggs with Provencal herbs and salt.

4. Cut basil leaves and also add to the total mass.

5. Spread the fried onions for pasta. Stir.

6. Now all this needs to be transferred to the greased capacity of the multicooker. If desired, the casserole can also be sprinkled with cheese on top, but not very many and not the edges. Otherwise, the dish will stick to the walls.

7. We bake for half an hour, the program is appropriate.

8. We take out of the slow cooker, let it brew for a quarter of an hour.

Curd pasta casserole in a slow cooker with apples

Ingredients

• 0.2 kg of pasta;

• 0.4 kg of cottage cheese;

• 2 apples;

• 100 ml sour cream;

• 0.5 cups of sugar;

Cooking

1. Boil pasta according to the instructions. Choose small horns or vermicelli. Drain the water, cool a little.

2. Grind the cottage cheese. Add the granulated sugar, break the eggs to it and mix.

3. Spread the cottage cheese for pasta, add sour cream with vanilla, stir the mass.

4. Rinse the apples, then cut into medium sized slices. It is not necessary to remove the skin.

5. We rub the slow cooker inside with oil.

6. Now you need to mix the bulk with apples and transfer to a bowl.

9. Close the slow cooker, turn on the baking for 35 minutes. If the apples are very juicy, then you can add more time.

Pasta casserole in a slow cooker with cheese and sausage

The basic version of a hearty casserole, in which it is not necessary to add sausage. Sausages, ham are also suitable, it is great with bacon and smoked meat. If a piece of meat product lies in the refrigerator, then feel free to add it to the dish.

Ingredients

• 0.2 kg of pasta;

• 0.15 kg of sausage;

Slow-cooked pasta casserole - tips and tricks

• The recipe lists raw pasta, but do you have boiled? You just need to increase weight 2.5 times. For example, from 100 grams of dried products, 250 grams of cooked pasta is obtained. Conversely, if boiled products are indicated, then simply divide them by 2.5 and get the weight of dried pasta.

• The casserole is not always easy to remove from the multicooker. So that difficulties do not arise, you can not only lubricate the bowl, but also sprinkle with breadcrumbs, semolina, ordinary flour.

• To gently cut the casserole, let it cool slightly. The mass will get stronger and it will be much easier to do.
