Cocoa Muffins - Tips and Tricks

• If you add berries to the dough, you must first roll them lightly in the starch to prevent them from spreading.

• You can add fruit to the dough in a pureed form or by cutting them into small pieces.

• If you add dried fruits to the dough, do not forget to soak them first and then dry them.

• If you decide to cook muffins on cottage cheese dough, choose cottage cheese not grainy, it is best to take in briquettes, but it is advisable to grind it at least once through a sieve.

• Put the dough in a necessarily oiled form so that the muffins do not stick and have a neat appetizing appearance.

• Muffins are also good because, despite the short shelf life under normal conditions (about three days), they can be prepared for the future - they perfectly retain their taste quality at low temperature. Then the remaining baking should be completely cooled, wrapped in cling film and put in the freezer. You can get muffins at any suitable moment, you just have to defrost cupcakes at room temperature or in a microwave oven in the appropriate mode.
