Chocolate cake with nuts - general principles of preparation

Chocolate cakes come in different types: from cakes with cocoa, from white or coffee, walnut base, but with chocolate cream or just desserts covered with glaze. There are a huge number of recipes for every taste. But, it’s much more interesting when everything in the cake is chocolate: cakes, cream, and even icing on top. Fairy tale!

Cake cakes for chocolate cakes are most often prepared soft on the basis of a classic biscuit, sour cream. A cream can consist of absolutely any products: cream, condensed milk, butter, sour cream. Walnuts or peanuts are usually used for cakes. To enhance the taste, they are fried in a pan or dried in the oven.

Chocolate cake with nuts (classic biscuit)

For this chocolate cake absolutely any nuts will fit. Cream of boiled condensed milk with butter. The amount of dough is designed for a shape of about 20-23 cm in diameter.

Ingredients

• a glass of sugar;

• four eggs;

•? cups of flour;

• 2 full spoons of cocoa.

Cream:

• a can of boiled condensed milk;

• one pack of oil.

Impregnation:

• 70 g of sugar;

• 140 ml of water.

You will also need a glass of nuts, one chocolate bar and two full tablespoons of butter.

Chocolate cake with nuts made from cooked cakes

For this chocolate cake with nuts, you do not need to bake cakes, they are bought in a store. Plain chocolate sponge cake. Peanuts are used for sprinkling.

Ingredients

• 3 biscuit cakes;

• 1.5 cans of condensed milk;

• 2 tbsp. peanuts

• 280 g of oil;

• 120 ml of coffee;

• 70 g of chocolate.

7. Whip the cream. First, we add condensed milk into the thick foam, stir slowly, then add melted, but not hot chocolate. Also mix slowly.

8. Walnuts are dried in a pan, then chopped.

9. We coat the cakes with butter cream, sprinkle with nuts. We make out the top in the same way.

Chocolate cake with nuts without baking

For this wonderful nutty chocolate cake, you will need shortbread cookies. It is desirable that it be chocolate, but you can take vanilla or baked milk.

Ingredients

• 650 g of cookies;

• 100 g walnuts;

• 30 ml of milk;

• 50 g of cocoa;

• 50 g of dark chocolate;

• 20 g flour;

• 20 g coconut flakes;

• 130 grams of oil;

• 200 g of sugar;

• 220 ml of water.

Recipe for a chocolate cake with nuts based on an ordinary sour cream. Use any nuts, be sure to fry and detail in slices.

• a glass of sour cream;

• two eggs;

• three tablespoons of dark cocoa powder;

• a glass of sugar;

• 500 g flour;

• 10 g of ripper.

Cream:

• 380 g sour cream;

• 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 120 g of powder;

• 150 g of nuts.

Cooking

1. The dough for the sour cream is very easy to knead: mix all the ingredients except cocoa and flour with a cultivator. Beat with a mixer for a couple of minutes. Add everything else.

2. Put in a form or in a slow cooker. In the first case, put in the oven, cook at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes. In the second case, use the "Baking" mode, 50 minutes are enough for the cake, cool.

Ingredients

• 90 g oils;

• 10 g vanilla;

• a couple of spoons of cocoa;

• 1 tsp instant coffee;

• 220 g flour;

• 0.5 l of oily and thick sour cream;

• 2 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 150 g of nuts.

Cooking

1. Mix with a mixer in a large bowl: eggs, milk, granulated sugar. The oil is either softened well or melted; the type of product does not have a special role. Add to egg mixture.

2. Next add coffee, stir until dissolved. The remaining ingredients are mixed together, then added to the dough.

3. Pour into the form, bake until ready.

4. Mix sugar with cocoa, you can use powdered. Then add to the thick sour cream. The cream is ready.

5. The cooled cake must be cut. With a sharp and long knife we ​​cut off a layer 0.5 cm thick, this will be the basis of the cake. The rest of the cake is cut into cubes of 1.5-2 cm, as it turns out. But not small, the cake should turn out uniform.

6. Cut bananas in circles, chop nuts.

7. We put the layer on the dish, moisten the chocolate pieces of dough in the cream and put on top, between them we put the prepared bananas. We lay a rounded slide.

8. Top with the rest of the cream and sprinkle with nuts. If walnuts are used, then it can be laid out in large pieces, quarters or halves, it will be more beautiful.

Chocolate cake with nuts - tips and tricks

• Do not mix prepared nuts with cream. The moisture will make them wet, stop crunching and resemble raw beans. It is better to sprinkle layers and cake on top.

• If the cocoa is light, you can take more powder for the dough, but in this case you will need to reduce the amount of flour.

• If the cake is made from biscuit, then it is better to soak cakes. The dessert will be softer and will not need to be kept for a long time.

• Forgot to fry nuts? Sprinkle them on a flat plate and place in the microwave, just remember to mix and follow.
