Classic cabbage rolls require a lot of time to cook, and not every hostess gets it. But this is not a reason to abandon your favorite dish, because you can cook lazy cabbage rolls!

This dish has a delicate taste and aroma. Moreover, such cabbage rolls are prepared quickly and quite simply!

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage - general principles of preparation

Cabbage is the main ingredient in lazy cabbage rolls. It must be thoroughly washed and dried. Then all the cabbage leaves should be separated from the base and cut off large veins from them. After, you need to cut the vegetable into small strips. So that the cabbage is not bitter and soft, you can pour boiling water over it before cooking.

For minced meat, it is advisable to use fresh meat or thawed at room temperature. Onions can be added immediately to the minced meat or chopped separately. In the second case, the vegetable will either need to be doused with boiling water, or fried in vegetable oil.

Rinse cereals for a dish before clear water and boil in water with a small amount of salt.

Lazy cabbage rolls can be cooked in the form of cutlets or balls. But for the fastest possible cooking, the ingredients should simply be loaded alternately into the pan and cooked, stirring, until the vegetables are soft.

When cooking cabbage rolls in the form of cutlets, they must first be fried in a frying pan heated with oil, and then stew under the lid until cooked.

The dish can be served as a main dish or with any side dish to your taste. For example, with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or steamed vegetables.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage and beans

Ingredients:

• 390 g of cabbage;

• 90 g carrots;

• 50 g of onions;

• 1 can of beans in tomato (canned);

• 30 ml of vegetable oil;

• 200 ml of broth;

• 1 teaspoon of any vegetable seasoning;

• salt;

• a bunch of parsley.

Cooking method:

1. Rinse the cabbage, dry and cut into slices 5-7 cm long. Squeeze the cabbage.

2. Grate the carrots, chop the onion finely.

3. Pour oil into a deep pan, fry the carrots with onions.

4. Add cabbage to the pan, put the beans from the jar together with tomato sauce, add the broth, seasoning and salt. Shuffle.

5. Cook first with a lid on for about 30-35 minutes.

6. At this time, chop the greens.

7. Remove the lid after the specified time, sprinkle with herbs, mix.

8. Remove the dish from the heat and serve on a beautiful slightly deep plate.

Stuffed cabbage lazy with cabbage in the oven

Ingredients:

• 500 g of meat;

• 290 g of cabbage;

• 180 g of rice;

• 100 g carrots;

• one egg;

• 1 2 onions;

• 50 g of tomato juice;

• 80 g sour cream;

• salt, seasonings to your taste.

Cooking method:

1. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage head, and then chop the cabbage, then leave it aside for a while so that it starts the juice.

2. Boil rice until cooked by 70%.

3. Peel vegetables (carrots and onions). Then cut them into small pieces.

4. In a meat grinder, first chop the washed, dried and chopped meat. From there, then skip the carrots and onions.

5. Combine rice, cabbage and minced meat in one bowl, beat the egg. Add salt, add spices and mix.

6. Form small meatballs - cabbage rolls from the resulting mixture.

7. Put the patties in a baking dish (not flat).

8. Combine sour cream and tomato juice, pour this mixture of patties.

9. Cover the mold with foil and cook in the oven for 35 minutes.

10. Serve slightly cooled with fresh vegetables.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage and mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 230 g of rice;

• one carrot;

• one onion;

• 450 g of fresh cabbage;

• 550 g of champignons;

• 180 ml of meat broth;

• 30 ml of oil (preferably olive);

• 1 teaspoon of universal seasoning;

• salt;

• 2-3 branches of greenery.

Cooking method:

1. First of all, you need to thoroughly rinse the rice, for which pour it into a colander and keep it under running water until it becomes transparent.

2. Cut the peeled onion into thin strips.

3. Warm the oil in a pan, then put the onions here and pass it for a few minutes.

4. Carrot peeled with a peeler, grate on a fine side.

5. Transfer the carrots to the onion, and sauté a couple more minutes.

6. Add spices to taste and salt.

7. Wash the mushrooms, dry with a napkin and cut into slices.

8. Transfer the mushrooms into a pan with carrots and onions. Shuffle.

9. Thinly cut the cabbage into strips, transfer to a frying pan and mix again.

10. The next step is to add rice.

11. Thoroughly stir the food, pour in the broth.

12. Cover the pan, cook for 15 minutes.

13. After that, remove the lid, mix foods, add greens.

14. Put the lid on the pan again, turn off the heat and let it stand for another 10 minutes.

15. Serve the finished dish to the table in portions with fried or boiled meat.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage and buckwheat in a pan

Ingredients:

• 280 g of minced meat (any);

• 120 g carrots:

• 60 g of onions;

• 350 g of fresh cabbage;

• 220 g buckwheat;

• 260 ml of tomato juice;

• 200 ml of water;

• 1 tbsp. a spoon of dried dill;

• cooking oil;

• salt.

Cooking method:

1. Forcemeat before thawing at room temperature.

2. Pour oil into the stewpan, warm it.

3. Grate the carrots finely on a grater.

4. Onion cut into slices.

5. Put the vegetables in a pan, start frying them.

6. Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly and leave it in a colander for a while, so that the glass water is full.

7. Cut the cabbage into strips.

8. Transfer buckwheat with cabbage to the stewpan, pour in tomato juice and water, mix. Put to languish.

9. After 10 minutes, add minced meat to the pan.

10. Add salt, cover and cook for 30 minutes.

11. After this, sprinkle the dish with dill, mix again and serve.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

• 750 g of fresh cabbage;

• 450 g of minced meat;

• 120 g carrots;

• 70 g of onions;

• 150 g of rice;

• 50 ml of sour cream 15%;

• 30 ml of tomato sauce;

• 150 ml of water;

• 1-2 lavrushki;

• salt;

• 5 g seasoning for meat.

Cooking method:

1. First, grasp the cabbage - it must be chopped thinly and squeezed slightly.

2. Peel the onion and pass it through the meat grinder with minced meat.

3. Peel the carrots peeled coarsely.

4. In a deep container, mix cabbage, carrots, washed cereals and minced meat.

5. Lubricate the bottom of the pot for the multicooker with oil, put the cabbage composition in it.

6. Prepare the pour - mix tomato sauce and sour cream together, add water, seasonings and salt. Mix well.

7. Fill the prepared mass with the cabbage composition, put the leaves of the parsley on top, close the cover of the multicooker.

8. Select the “Baking” mode and cook for 60 minutes if the cabbage is “old”, and 35-40 minutes if the cabbage is “young”.

9. Serve the finished dish, decorating with sprigs of greenery.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage and chicken

Ingredients:

• 270 g of chicken;

• 350 g of cabbage;

• 1 onion;

• 1 carrot;

• 1 tomato;

• 1 bell pepper;

• parsley;

• 100 ml of water;

• cooking oil;

• salt.

Cooking method:

1. Pour oil into a deep frying pan, warm over low heat.

2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes.

3. Put the fillet in a pan, start frying.

4. Chop the cabbage.

5. Chop the onion.

6. Grate carrots on any grater.

7. From the pepper, remove the middle, cut into slices of 2 cm.

8. Immerse the tomato in boiling water, then remove it, remove the skin and cut into cubes, removing the core.

9. In a pan with fried chicken, lay the vegetables one at a time.

10. Pour in water, add salt, cover with a lid.

11. Cook for 35 minutes, then remove the lid and sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs.

12. Serve hot with bread slices. If desired, you can separately prepare the fill for feeding. To do this, mix mayonnaise with ketchup, herbs and broth.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage and pork stewed in a pan

Ingredients:

• 430 g of cabbage;

• 560 g of pork;

• onion head;

• a couple of parsley;

• a bunch of greenery;

• one egg;

• a couple of spoons of vegetable oil;

• half a glass of rice;

• 7 spoons of tomato paste;

• a glass of homemade sour cream;

• a large glass of water.

Cooking method:

1. Wash the pork, dry it and, together with the peeled onions, pass through the meat grinder.

2. Chop the cabbage and scald with boiling water. Then squeeze and add to the minced meat.

3. Boil rice until half cooked. Drain the water.

4. Mix the minced meat with cabbage, rice, egg, salt and pepper in a bowl.

5. Pour vegetable oil onto the bottom of the pan. Form balls from minced meat and put them in a pan.

6. In a bowl, mix water, homemade sour cream and tomato paste.

7. Pour the stuffed cabbage with the mixture.

8. Sort and rinse the greens. Chop finely.

9. Sprinkle cabbage with greens and lay bay leaves on top.

10. Simmer the dish for about 45 minutes.

11. Serve the balls with your favorite side dish.

Cabbage rolls lazy with cabbage - tricks and tips

• It is better to use greasy meat for stuffed cabbage so that they keep their shape better.

• To make cabbage rolls softer and juicier, add tomato or sour cream sauce to the minced meat.

• For piquancy, add minced meat, minced or minced garlic.
