An evening meal should not be too dense and plentiful. Heaviness in the stomach will not give a good night's sleep. Excess calories consumed will not go in the future, but will be deposited where you would not want to. However, dinner should be hearty enough so that at night there is no desire to make a sortie to the refrigerator. Therefore, choosing products for evening meals, we give the palm to protein food and fiber, while not too leaning on carbohydrates. For dinner, well suited:

• a fish;

• chicken meat;

• dishes using lean meat;

• stewed, baked or fresh vegetables;

• rice or buckwheat as a side dish;

• cottage cheese and casseroles from it;

Choose a meal consisting of a small amount of ingredients for dinner. This will allow you not to spend a lot of time on cleaning and cutting. Do not forget about such an assistant hostess as a crock-pot. It is good because you do not need to look after the dish. Quick and tasty dinner - recipe for baked mackerel with vegetables

A very easy option - both in terms of preparation and calorie content. For speed, bake our fish in the sleeve.

Ingredients

2 mackerels;

2 tomatoes;

2 large onions;

2 large carrots;

juice of half a lemon;

30 grams of butter;

olive oil;

spicy herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary - to taste;

salt to taste.

Cooking method

1. We wash the mackerel, remove the head and entrails. Sprinkle the fish with lemon juice inside and out, rub with salt.

2. Peel the onion and cut in half rings, three carrots on a grater. Cut the tomatoes into rings, sprinkle with olive oil.

3. Mix onions and carrots, add herbs. We start half of this mixture with each fish. Inside, put also a small piece of butter.

4. Cut the sleeve slightly larger than the size of our fish, tie on one side. We put in the sleeve in the center a vegetable pillow - a mixture of onions and carrots, then tomato rings. Top fish.

5. Tie a sleeve, pierce a couple of small holes for steam to exit, put in the oven for 30-40 minutes.

6. We take out the finished fish from the sleeve, while carefully releasing the steam so as not to get burned. Serve with vegetables.

Quick and tasty dinner - a buckwheat porridge recipe in a slow cooker

From ordinary buckwheat, you can make a complete dish. To do this, add some vegetables and minced meat to it. A multicooker will help to cook without unnecessary trouble.

Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat;

3 glasses of water;

1 onion;

1 medium carrot;

200 grams of ground beef or pork;

50 grams of butter;

salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Half a pack of spaghetti (200-250 grams);

1 small zucchini;

1. Zucchini peeled from peel and seeds. Cut it into thin strips, 4-5 centimeters long.

2. Boil spaghetti in salted water.

3. While the pasta is boiling, take a frying pan and heat olive oil on it. Fry ground beef for about 5 minutes.

4. Add the zucchini cut into strips. Season with salt and spices to taste. Ground black pepper or dried basil is good. Cooking zucchini with minced meat together for another 15 minutes.

5. Drain the water from the ready-made spaghetti, drop it into a colander. Add the pasta to the pan, mix. We warm everything together for about 5 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs.

Quick and tasty dinner - recipe for stewed fish in sour cream sauce

White fish such as cod, haddock, pollock, hake is particularly suitable for this recipe. And to save time, we’ll take a ready-made fillet, since now it’s easy to buy it. Garnish with rice.

Ingredients

700 grams of cod fillet;

2 large onions;

1 large carrot;

half a glass of sour cream;

2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

salt, pepper, herbs - to taste.

Cooking method

1. Wash cod fillet, dry well with paper towels. Cut into fairly large pieces.

2. Peel onions and carrots. Cut the onion rings, three carrots on a grater.

3. Fry the fish in vegetable oil, for 3-4 minutes on each side, to brown.

400 grams of cottage cheese;

4 tablespoons semolina;

2 eggs;

half a bag of vanilla sugar;

100 grams of pitted raisins;

half a glass of sour cream.

Cooking method

1. First of all, mix sour cream and semolina. Leave on for 20 minutes to make the semolina swell a little.

2. Wash raisins, pour hot water to become softer.

3. Beat eggs with sugar using a blender.

4. Add the cottage cheese, continue to whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

5. Stir in the cottage cheese semolina with sour cream. Pour raisins. Add vanilla sugar. Mix well again.

This dish will require a little more time to prepare the ingredients, but it will help out a lot if guests are expected in the evening. Here, both meat and a side dish. In the sleeve, the chicken cooks quickly, it turns soft and juicy - it is not a shame to serve it on the table. And at the same time, the hostess does not need to constantly monitor the oven.

Ingredients

1 chicken weighing 1-1.5 kg;

1 medium squash;

6-8 medium potatoes;

1 large carrot;

2 -3 cloves of garlic;

half a glass of soy sauce;

4. Mix in a large cup all the vegetables and garlic, sprinkle with olive oil. You can add a little salt, but do not forget about the salty soy sauce in our marinade!

5. We take a sleeve for baking. We cut off a little more than the size of the pan in which the dish will be prepared. Tied on one side.

6. In the center, lay the pieces of chicken in the sleeve. Pour the remaining sauce to vegetables, mix. Now we put vegetables in the sleeve, surrounding them with chicken on all sides.

7. Tie the sleeve, pierce 2-3 small holes in it to exit the excess steam. Put in the oven for 40 -50 minutes.

8. After the set time, we take out the baking sheet from the oven. Carefully cut the sleeve - the steam is very hot! Serve chicken with vegetables in portions or spread on a large dish, garnished with greens.

The secrets and tricks of cooking a quick and tasty dinner

• Frozen vegetables will be a great help. Diced zucchini or pumpkin, cauliflower inflorescences are perfectly stored in the freezer. By freezing them in the fall, in winter we will provide ourselves with an easy and quick preparation of a vegetable side dish.
