If you come home tired and hungry, but there is nothing ready at home, then our recipe will be your salvation. You can buy chicken thighs in any store on the way home (or maybe you have a supply of meat in the freezer), and there is always potato in the house (well, except in exceptional cases).

So, let's start the magic in the kitchen and cook the baked chicken with potatoes in the oven. And you will be full and your wallet will not suffer much. You might think that the recipe is simple to disgrace, but not. We have in stock mushrooms, which we will also add to the potatoes, and we also know the secret how to cook this dish as tasty as possible.

If you have already tried to cook baked potatoes, then have you ever had that potato remains raw? To prevent this, we propose to boil the potatoes a couple of minutes beforehand.

Recipe:

Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. Rub the chicken with spices and marinate it in mayonnaise. The shins and wings will also be good in this dish. Experiment with marinade - add soy sauce, garlic and your favorite herbs. The dish will play in a new way.

Cut the mushrooms into 4 parts and add to the chicken. Mix well and leave.

While pickling chicken and mushrooms, peel the potatoes. We cut it into 4 pieces along. If the potatoes are large, chop it finer. Pour potatoes with water and set on fire. As soon as the water boils, salt it and detect for 3 minutes.

We drain the water from the potatoes and put the still hot vegetable in a baking dish.

Spread chicken and mushrooms on top.

We give brightness and a special aroma to pieces of pepper. For garlic lovers, we recommend putting 4-5 cloves of unpeeled garlic on top of the chicken. The aroma will be excellent.

Bake our dish for 40 minutes at 200-220 degrees. If the oven has a grill function, turn it on 5 minutes before cooking. A delicious crust is provided to you.
