Glazed chocolate curds - a favorite treat come from childhood!

Who among us in childhood was not happy when adults bought chocolate-covered cheese curds? It was a celebration of incredible taste delight! Today, an incredible amount of various emulsifiers, dyes, etc. are added to this dessert. - something without which it is possible to do when creating such cheeses at home!

If you think that cooking chocolate curds in your own kitchen is simply unrealistic, then you are deeply mistaken - this is a very quick and quick recipe. You will be able to appreciate the taste of the cooked dish literally in half an hour, just have a little patience, as you will have to put or get chocolate molds from the freezer every now and then.

For 4 200 glazed curd bars, you will need:

- 400 g of cottage cheese of any fat content;

- 100 ml of condensed milk;

- 1 chocolate bar (of any kind).

As you can see, there are no dyes, thickeners or emulsifiers in the composition of the ingredients, with which the shop cheese curtains are worn! A minimum of products with a maximum of taste - that is what home cooking chocolate dessert means. To create cheese curds, you will definitely need silicone tins. It is best to choose round shapes, not embossed - chocolate walls curd from them better to move away.

Choose a sort of chocolate you chose into pieces and place in a bowl that you put in a water bath - an ordinary stew-pan or a ladle with water is perfect for this. Cheese products are excellent, as from white, and from milk or dark chocolate. Place a dipper with water and a bowl on top of the stove, turn on a small fire and simmer until the chocolate is completely melted. You shouldn’t keep such a product in a water bath for a long time, since it can be stratified - remove the bucket from the heat and place it on a plate. Hot water will not make the chocolate harden.

Using a cooking brush, coat the silicone tins with hot chocolate so that there are no visible gaps. Immediately place the chocolate molds in the freezer for 10 minutes, but do not remove the melted chocolate from the water bath!

While the forms freeze, mix the curd with condensed milk. If desired, you can add any filling to the filling: raisins, dried apricots, fresh fruits or berries, condensed milk or a piece of chocolate.

Remove the frozen molds and fill them with prepared sweet curd.

Again, place in the freezer for 10 minutes to grab the curd - you need to put another layer of chocolate on top, and if the curd is warm, the chocolate will mix with it and you will get an ugly surface.

After the specified time has expired, remove the molds and coat them with hot chocolate on top. Last time put in the freezer for 5 minutes, and then you can get them.

Gently hooking the edges of the silicone mold with your finger, separate it from the chocolate layer in a circle - this is quite easy to do. But we must act quickly, as the chocolate layer melts at the touch of hands.

Serve a delicious cold dessert with hot soft drinks: tea, coffee, etc. Good appetite!

Each of the prepared cheeses weighs at least 150 g, so the total weight of the prepared desserts is approximately 500 g. To calculate the cost of one cheese, let's sum up the cost of all the ingredients:

- 400 g of cottage cheese of any fat content - 30 rubles;

- 100 ml of condensed milk - 12.5 rubles;

- 1 chocolate bar (of any kind) - 37.5 rubles.

Total: 4 cheese costs 80 rubles, and one cheese - 20 rubles - this is a great value for a tasty, tender and healthy dessert, which your children and relatives eat with pleasure!
