In order for the tincture to turn out to be of good concentration, propolis must be completely dissolved in alcohol. This can be done by grinding it. Propolis is first placed in the refrigerator for a while. When it cools sufficiently, rub on a fine grater.

Propolis is poured into a bottle, filled with alcohol, closed tightly with a lid and left to infuse in a dark and cool place. It will take from 10 to 14 days. It is important to know that daily tincture must be thoroughly shaken.
