Now it is customary to give money so that the hero of the occasion will choose exactly what he will like.

But such a gift can hardly convey feelings, and besides, I want something to remind the recipient of you and your attention.

Making a beautiful postcard with your own hands is a touching and non-standard way to show a person how much he is dear to you.

Do-it-yourself "heart" postcard: master class

This bunch of hearts will help you make a declaration of love or simply remind your loved one of your warm feelings. The manufacturing process will not take a lot of time, but it will require a little patience and accuracy from you.

Before you begin, you need to prepare:

• Colored paper.

• Thick colored paper or cardboard.

• Scissors.

• Glue.

You can use paper and cardboard of any color - it depends entirely on your vision of the end result and imagination. For the manufacture of the sample, sheets of red and white were used.

Action 1. Use the attached template to indicate hearts on colored paper. If desired, you can change their location or draw yourself, however, the central elements, due to which the two sides are fixed, should be mirrored in relation to each other.

Action 2. Cut the workpiece along the gray contour. Please note that there will be a fold along the red lines, so they do not need to be cut. The heart located in the middle is removed, and the rest are gently bent up. It is necessary to make incisions in the marked places on the mirror hearts so that they can connect with each other.

Step 3. Apply glue to the workpiece, with the exception of the hearts themselves. Gently glue it to the base - thick paper or cardboard - so that on each side there is an equal distance to the edge. Now we bend the hearts and connect the central elements by means of incisions.

Our voluminous beautiful DIY greeting card is completely ready - now it can be decorated with holiday greetings and hand in to the addressee.

DIY flowerbed on a greeting card: master class

A bouquet is a gift that you can give a woman a practical for any occasion. Unfortunately, fresh flowers do not please for a long time with their appearance and quickly fade, but paper ones never. We offer you to make a bright and beautiful card with your own hands, which will give a feeling of spring and uplift all year round.

To make it even a child can do it, this will require:

• Colored paper.

• Colored cardboard.

• Glue.

• Scissors.

• Ruler.

Action 1. We cut out stems and leaves from green paper, and floral heads from colored paper. Here you can give vent to your imagination or recall your favorite birthday flowers. If you can’t make neat buds, you can use images from old postcards - this will make the flowerbed even more elegant.

Action 2. Fold two sheets of cardboard of the same size in half. One of them is put aside for now.

Action 3. We take a folded sheet of cardboard, measure 8 cm from the edge and 5 cm from the bend, as shown in the figure. Then we make an incision along the solid line and bend along the dotted line. We do the same thing on the other hand - we got the first step, or a bed for a flower bed.

Step 4. Now measure 4 cm from the edge of the sheet and 2.5 cm from the fold. We also cut along the solid line and bend along the dotted line, we perform similar actions on the other side.

Action 5. Glue the blank to the second folded sheet, which will serve as a cover. Be careful not to glue the steps - they should be freely bent and unbent when the recipient opens and closes the card.

Action 6. Glue to the stairs, or beds, flowers prepared in advance.

Such a flower card will be a wonderful gift for a sister, mother or grandmother - all that remains is to write a congratulatory text.

Do-it-yourself volumetric flower in a postcard: master class

Another interesting design idea is a lush flower. Depending on the chosen shade of colored paper, the number of layers or the shape of the petals, you can decorate the card with a chamomile, chrysanthemum, cornflower or other type of flowers that you or the addressee likes.

For crafts you will need:

• Colored cardboard.

• Colored paper.

• Scissors.

• Glue.

Action 1. The volume of the flower is achieved by applying several layers to each other, therefore, it is necessary to make the required number of round blanks of the same size (10 cm diameter recommended) and one smaller (3-4 cm diameter) for the core. Three white circles and one yellow circle were used for the sample.

Action 2. We fold the round billet several times (the more - the more magnificent the flower is) according to the same principle as during the manufacture of paper snowflakes, and cut out the petal. We select its shape depending on the type of flower that you want to depict. We do the same with the rest of the circles.

♥♥♥

Action 3. From green paper we make leaves and bend them in half to make a kind of vein.

Action 4. Fold in half color cardboard - this will be the basis of the card - and glue the components of the flower inside. In this case, glue must be applied only to the central part of the workpieces, otherwise the petals will lose volume. Glue the leaves on the sides of the flower.

As a result, we get a beautiful handmade card with a large volumetric flower in the center. Such a gift is suitable for both birthday and March Eighth or Mother's Day.
