120 g butter;

Cooking method

1. Pour kefir into the mixer bowl and whisk it lightly. Pour baking powder and sugar. Add soft butter to the mixture and whisk everything for five minutes.

2. Now pour the sifted flour in small portions, without stopping whipping, until you get a uniform dough, like on pancakes.

3. Rinse the bunch of green onions under the tap. Dry it and chop finely. Take a lot of onions, as in the process of baking it will settle.

4. Boil hard-boiled eggs, drain hot water and fill them with cold tap water. Cool, peel and grate coarsely. Combine the grated eggs with chopped green onions, pepper, salt and mix.

200 ml of kefir;

30 ml mayonnaise;

350 g of flour.

Cooking method

1. Take six eggs and boil them for ten minutes. Then we drain the hot water and fill them with cold. We clean the eggs and we crumble like in Olivier.

2. The remaining four eggs are driven into the mixer bowl and slightly beat. Pour kefir and add salt, mayonnaise and soda. Continue to beat until smooth. Then add the flour in small parts and, stirring with a spoon, prepare the dough without lumps.

3. Rinse a bunch of green onions under running water and gently dry. Finely chopped. Combine chopped onion with eggs, salt and mix thoroughly. Put the filling in the capacity of the multicooker and level it. Gently fill it with batter.

Cooking method

Filling

a can of natural canned saury;

salt;

four eggs;

a pinch of red hot pepper;

a bunch of green onions;

two pinches of black pepper;

two pinches of hops sunli.

For greasing and sprinkling

25 g butter;

30 g sesame seeds.

Cooking method

1. Drive the eggs into the mixer bowl, add sugar and salt to them. Beat them until white foam appears. Then pour in the kefir and continue whisking for another two minutes.

2. Combine flour with baking powder and mix. Pour the mixture into small portions in beaten eggs with kefir and mix with a spoon so that there are no lumps. Pour in vegetable oil and mix again. You should get a pastry consistency like a biscuit.

1. Chop the cabbage thinly. Put it in a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry it over medium heat, adding a little olive oil. Fry the cabbage until soft.
