Thin Armenian pita bread is becoming more popular. It is very convenient to always have it at hand. No need to waste time kneading the dough. A variety of dishes can be prepared from pita bread: rolls, envelopes with filling, pies, etc. Moreover, the filling can be meat, vegetable, fish, cheese and even sweet.

1. There are no clear proportions of ingredients in this recipe. Determine the amount of each to your taste. First, make mayonnaise. Ingredients

100 g soft cream cheese;

210 g of fresh champignons;

110 g smoked legs;

two thin pita bread;

100 g of hard cheese;

Cooking method

1. Wipe fresh mushrooms with a damp sponge or cloth. Do not wash these mushrooms under the tap, as they quickly absorb moisture. If necessary, trim the legs. If desired, you can remove thin peel from the hats. Cut the prepared mushrooms into thin slices. Put a cast-iron frying pan on the stove, pour the vegetable oil into it and heat it.
