• To get a more satisfying dish, omelet is prepared with vegetables, sausage, meat or fish. Such products must be pre-fried and only after that they are poured with egg mass. You can add cottage cheese to the steam omelet.

• A bowl of crock-pots and molds, prepared for steaming, must be greased with fat - vegetable or butter. This makes it easier to extract the finished dish.

• Prepare the omelet both steamed and in the bowl for no more than 20 minutes and be sure to leave it for a while (up to 10 minutes) under the lid. If you open the crock-pot right after execution of the set program, the omelet quickly settles.

How to cook an omelet in a slow cooker with sausage and vegetables

Ingredients:

• fresh eggs - 5 pcs.;

• one "multi-glass" of cow's milk;

• one pepper of red bell pepper;

• feathers of young onions;

• 100 gr. cooked quality sausage without fat;

• one ripe tomato;

• 120 gr. mild cheese;

• a small pinch of salt;

• fresh dill - to taste.

1. Pour half a tablespoon of oil into the multicooker and carefully grease the bottom of it.

Ingredients:

• one sheet of thin Armenian lavash;

• chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;

• three large spoons of pasteurized milk (kefir can);
