1. Wash raisins and soak for ten minutes in warm boiled water.

Ingredients

butter dough yeast dough - 800 g;

fresh sour cream - 350 g;

fat cottage cheese - 300 g;

raisins and candied fruits - a handful;

egg;

sugar - half a cup.

Cooking method

1. Wash raisins. Fill it with hot water and leave it for 25 minutes.

2. Cover the colander with gauze, put the cottage cheese in it, cover it with a plate and put a jar of water on top. Leave the cottage cheese under oppression for an hour. Then we grind it through a sieve.

3. Egg is shaken with sugar until smooth. Add the grated cottage cheese to the resulting mixture and mix.

4. Throw the raisins onto a sieve, dry and add it to the curd mass. Here we put finely chopped candied fruits. Mix.

Recipe 3. Soft pumpkin cookies with raisins and dried apricots

Ingredients

raisins;

egg;

50 g of corn starch;

a glass of grated pumpkin;

half a packet of butter;

baking soda;

one and a half glasses of flour;

5 g baking powder;

180 g of granulated sugar.

Cooking method

1. Pound the soft butter with white sugar, add the egg and finely grated pumpkin. Mix with a spoon. Add corn starch and baking powder. Knead with a spoon again.

2. Cut dried apricots into slices. Raisins and dried apricots are placed in a separate bowl and pour dried fruits with boiling water. Leave for five minutes. Then we drain the infusion, and put dried apricots and raisins on a paper napkin, cover with a second napkin on top and squeeze it well.

one and a half glasses of flour;

80 g of sugar;

5 g of baking powder.

Cooking method

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Lubricate large or small molds with oil.

2. Dried fruits washed and pour boiling water. Leave for five minutes. Then we drain the infusion, and dry the raisins and prunes on a napkin. Prune cut into slices. Add a little flour to the dried fruit and mix.

3. Whisk the yolks with white sugar. Add salt and vanilla. Without stopping whipping, pour the melted and vegetable oil. two pita breads;

5 g of cinnamon.

Cooking method

1. Peel apples from the peel. Cut in half and remove the core. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
